Volunteer for Phone Based Data Collection

External Services Contract

 1. Purpose

We are looking to recruit two volunteers to support the project team in collecting data through phone calls with project participants.

2. Main Responsibilities

The selected workers will:

• Conduct phone calls with participants using the provided questionnaire.
• Collect and record responses accurately.
• Explain the purpose of the call to participants and obtain their consent before starting the interview.
• Follow the instructions provided by the project team.
• Maintain confidentiality of the information collected.
• Report any challenges or issues to the focal point.

3. Required Criteria

• Female candidates only.
• Arabic-speaking skills are required.
• Turkish-speaking skills are an advantage.
• Good communication and telephone interviewing skills.
• Ability to use a smartphone and/or data collection tools.
• Previous experience in phone-based data collection or surveys is required.

4. Duration and Working Hours

• Number of volunteers: 2
• Duration: Approximately 5–7 days, depending on the project needs.
• Working hours: 8 hours per day.
• Payment: Daily payment based on the agreed daily rate. The payment process might be completed overseas.

5. Supervision

The volunteers will work under the supervision of the designated project team members, who will provide the necessary guidance and support throughout the data collection period.

متطوع – جمع البيانات عبر الهاتف

الهدف

نرغب في تعيين متطوع لدعم فريق المشروع في جمع البيانات من خلال إجراء مكالمات هاتفية مع المشاركين في المشروع.

 المهام الرئيسية

سيكون المتطوعيين مسؤولين عن:

• إجراء مكالمات هاتفية مع المشاركين باستخدام الاستبيان المعد مسبقاً.
• جمع وتسجيل إجابات المشاركين بدقة.
• توضيح هدف المكالمة للمشارك والحصول على موافقته قبل بدء المقابلة.
• الالتزام بالتعليمات المقدمة من فريق المشروع.
• الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والبيانات التي يتم جمعها.
• إبلاغ الفريق المسؤول بأي تحديات أو مشاكل تواجه عملية جمع البيانات.

المعايير المطلوبة

• أن تكون المتقدمة أنثى.
• إجادة اللغة العربية مطلوبة.
• إجادة اللغة التركية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإجراء المقابلات الهاتفية.
• القدرة الأساسية على استخدام الهاتف الذكي و/أو اداوات جمع البيانات.
• يفضل وجود الخبرة السابقة في جمع البيانات أو إجراء الاستبيانات عبر الهاتف .

مدة العمل وساعات الدوام

• عدد المتطوعين : 2
• المدة المتوقعة: حوالي 5–7 أيام، حسب احتياجات المشروع.
• ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يومياً.
• الدفع: يتم الدفع على أساس يومي وفقاً للأجر اليومي المتفق عليه.

 الإشراف

سيعمل المتطوعون تحت إشراف موظف المشروع، والذي سيقدم التوجيه والدعم اللازمين طوال فترة جمع البيانات.
